About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support a top\-producing real estate professional in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands\-on experience in real estate, client management, and high\-level deal flow while working in a fast\-paced, growth\-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Management \& Communication
- Respond to inbound leads from Instagram, Facebook, email, and website inquiries
- Follow up with warm and cold leads consistently to nurture relationships
- Qualify prospects and maintain accurate notes in CRM systems
- Schedule and confirm appointments (showings, calls, consultations)
- Coordinate calendars, reminders, and follow\-ups
- Assist with pre\-qualification and initial client intake process
- Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the agent
- Reply to social media comments, DMs, and engagement inquiries
- Maintain timely and brand\-aligned communication
- Organize client data, documents, and transaction details
- Assist with listing coordination and marketing prep (as needed)
- Track pipeline, deadlines, and follow\-up tasks
- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
- Provide a high level of customer service and responsiveness
- Ensure every lead and client feels prioritized and valued
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write professional, clear, and persuasive emails/messages
- Comfortable handling phone calls with clients and leads
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self\-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Tech\-savvy (CRM systems, Google Workspace, social media platforms)
- Reliable, responsive, and consistent with follow\-ups
- Knowledge of Dallas–Fort Worth real estate market and suburbs
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRMs is a Plus (Follow Up Boss, High Level, etc.)
- Experience managing social media for business (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Understanding of real estate terminology (contracts, showings, offers, etc.)
- Direct mentorship from a top\-producing real estate agent in DFW
- Hands\-on exposure to real estate deals, lead generation, and client conversion
