Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Part\-Time Office \& Operations Assistant (2–3 days per week) to support our Office Manager and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, handling a variety of tasks, and being a reliable support person for both the office and field team. You’ll assist with administrative work, customer communication, and internal processes while learning how a growing service business operates behind the scenes.
There is opportunity to take on more responsibility over time as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Office Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping\-related duties
- Help manage client communication via phone, email, and scheduling
- Provide support for job coordination and internal tracking systems
- Assist with remote estimating and documentation (training provided)
- Help maintain organized records, files, and workflows
- Provide administrative support to technicians and project managers
- Assist with light marketing tasks (social media, email, local outreach – training provided)
- Help document processes and improve efficiency as we grow
- Experience in administrative, customer service, or office support roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- Positive attitude and team\-first mindset
- Ability to follow direction while also being proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, small business environment
- Knowledge of restoration, construction, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus
- Flexible part\-time schedule (2–3 days per week)

- Do you have experience in an administrative or customer service role in a construction, plumbing, HVAC, or restoration company?
- Are you comfortable learning new software and systems such as Xactimate (estimating software) and basic marketing tools (social media, email, etc.)?
- This role will involve working closely with people who are dealing with home or property damage. Are you comfortable with this and can exhibit compassion and a sense of urgency?
- Are you comfortable with wearing many hats inside an ever changing environment?
