Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage patient check\-in and check\-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Assist with the management of vital signs as needed.
- Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience within the Level I Trauma Center environment.
