I am a local business owner looking for a smart, kind, hard\-working individual to support me in my roles as an executive and head of our household. My ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and ensures I stay ahead of deadlines.

This position is perfect for a friendly, tech\-savvy individual who enjoys working independently while anticipating needs. Work will take place both at my home and off\-site (WFH). You'll get to wear many hats, combining the responsibilities of a personal assistant and executive assistant all in one dynamic job.   • Executive Assistant Duties

  • Calendar management \- scheduling appointments and reminders
  • Provide executive administrative support, including typing, proofreading, and transcription of documents
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Perform data entry and clerical tasks to support office management functions
  • Utilize Google Sheets \+ DocuSign for various administrative tasks
  • Some errands (post office, Target, UPS Store)

  • Days/Times: Flexible, but Tuesday\-Saturday are preferred
  • Experience

  • Priority will be given to applicants with experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Proficiency in Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
  • Experience in office management and clerical duties is highly desirable
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation
  • Previous experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus
  • Occasional errands

    From time to time, you may be asked to run errands such as grocery pickup, pharmacy runs, or drop\-offs. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.

    Schedule and pay

  • 10 hours weekly on\-site work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays
  • 10 hours WFH weekly
  • Work must take place between 9 am and 4 pm
  • $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
  • Mileage reimbursed for any errands

  • Must be OK with a background check, since this work will take place at our private residence.
  • You must like dogs and small children. Our child attends preschool Monday through Friday from 8:30 am \- 3:00 pm, but may be home occasionally. Two small elderly terriers live in our home, where work will take place. Together, they are an interactive bunch!
  • This position is not

  • a fit for someone who does not own a car.

    I own a fast\-growing, Portland\-based e\-commerce brand, and this position is an extension of that brand. Your help in my home (where I work) supports my ability to keep up with the pace of my business, and you will be treated to the same benefits as the rest of my team (who are incredible humans). Our home is in SW Portland near Multnomah Village. This position is not a fit for someone who does not own a car (you will need a reliable car to commute and run errands—we reimburse for mileage and expenses).
