Responsibilities

All tasks are strictly administrative and support\-based in accordance with unlicensed assistant guidelines:

• Conduct basic industry and market research
• Assist with organizing and preparing internal materials and marketing templates
• Draft and refine written communications under supervision (not sent directly to clients)
• Manage files, documents, and data entry for internal systems
• Support outreach campaigns and presentation preparation
• Help maintain workflow organization and template libraries

No licensed brokerage activity, negotiation, solicitation, or client representation is permitted in this role.
