About the Role:
We are seeking a detail\-oriented individual to join our accounting office. This role begins as a part\-time position focused heavily on physical and digital file management, with the potential to expand based on performance and office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* File Management: Extensive filing, organizing, and maintaining client records.
* Email Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing office emails professionally.
* General Admin: Assisting with basic office tasks and data entry as needed.

We offer a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that avoids the 'corporate grind,' but we maintain high standards for organization and client confidentiality. Please note: We have two friendly dogs on\-site who are very much part of the office family!"
Schedule \& Compensation:
* Pay: $18\.00 per hour (Depending on Experience).
* Hours: 20 hours per week to start. We are open to discussing a flexible schedule.
* Trial Period: This position includes an initial 90\-day trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties.
