We are building something special.
Our organization operates collegiate summer baseball teams across multiple regional leagues, delivering elite player development, competitive baseball, and community\-driven fan experiences. Each franchise is treated like its own small business — deeply rooted locally, professionally operated, and focused on growth.
We are seeking entrepreneurial, organized, and relationship\-driven General Managers to lead individual teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sports, business, and community engagement.
General Managers are the operational backbone of each franchise — responsible for building staff, driving local partnerships, managing day\-to\-day execution, and ensuring an exceptional experience for players, fans, and sponsors.
This is not a passive role. We’re looking for builders.
Role Overview
The General Manager owns the success of their assigned team.
You will oversee business operations, staffing, community partnerships, and game\-day execution while working closely with league leadership and coaching staff.
You are effectively running a small sports organization.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Team Operations
Lead overall franchise operations and serve as primary local decision\-maker

Hire and manage interns and game\-day staff
*
Coordinate logistics including housing, transportation, facilities, and scheduling
*
Ensure professional standards across all team activities
*
Revenue \& Partnerships
Develop and manage local sponsorships and partnerships
*
Build relationships with community leaders, businesses, and organizations
*
Support ticket sales, promotions, and special events
*
Help grow long\-term market presence
*
Game Day Experience
Oversee all home game operations
*
Ensure smooth execution of fan experience, staffing, promotions, and facility coordination
*
Represent the organization publicly and professionally
*
Leadership \& Culture
Create a positive, accountable, and energetic team environment
*
Work collaboratively with Head Coach and Assistant Coaches
*
Serve as ambassador for the organization in your market
*
Who We’re Looking For

Time Commitment \& Structure
This is a seasonal leadership role with flexibility outside the core summer schedule.
Weekly hours vary by market and season phase, with increased involvement during the playing season.
Compensation structure varies by league and market and may include:
Hourly or stipend\-based pay
