We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This is a position for a Family Clinic offering primary care services across the lifespan

The ideal candidate should posses a background in medical coding/billing and Spanish speaking is highly desireable

Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with precision
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative projects
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently in person or over the phone
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
  • Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred, especially in medical or dental reception settings
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential for effective communication
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
  • Clerical experience, including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management required
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus for handling calendar management and scheduling tasks
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping or QuickBooks is advantageous for supporting basic financial record\-keeping
