I am seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of my Chiropractic office. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, greeting patients , scheduling and collecting payments and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a professional environment that values enthusiasm and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression.
  • Answer phones
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using digital tools l
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy.
  • collect payment for services
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, updating databases, and managing office communications.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with office management is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and phone etiquette to foster positive interactions.
