Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately into online databases and information systems. Verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Maintain organized records and ensure data confidentiality and security. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow. Generate routine reports and summaries as requested by management. Assist in troubleshooting data\-related issues and recommend improvements. Adhere to company policies and compliance standards related to data management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or online data processing roles. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficient with online data entry platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or online setting. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles.
