Responsibilities Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and systems. Review data for errors or inconsistencies and take corrective actions as needed. Assist with generating regular and ad\-hoc reports to support business operations. Organize and archive electronic documents and records in an accessible manner. Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data\-related issues. Follow established protocols to safeguard sensitive information. Identify opportunities to improve data management workflows and recommend solutions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support roles. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
