Remote Payroll Entry Specialist

As a Payroll Entry Specialist, you will play a key part in the payroll cycle by entering and verifying data, collaborating with HR and finance teams, and helping to maintain the integrity of our payroll system. Responsibilities Enter employee hours, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll\-related information into the payroll system. Verify accuracy of payroll data and resolve any inconsistencies or errors ly. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information at all times. Assist in preparing payroll reports and summaries as needed. Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify payroll data and support payroll processing deadlines. Stay informed about payroll policies, procedures, and regulatory changes. Support periodic audits and assist with payroll\-related inquiries. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in payroll entry or a similar administrative role. Familiarity with payroll software and systems; experience with manufacturing payroll is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
