Duties Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring clear and courteous communication with clients, vendors, and team members Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette Maintain accurate data entry records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office tools, and Google Workspace applications Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices Support office management activities including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing materials, and managing correspondence Facilitate client communication by providing timely responses to inquiries and supporting customer service efforts Handle office supplies inventory, order necessary items, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient Support medical or dental receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check\-in/out processes and appointment scheduling Experience Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for productivity and communication Excellent computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms efficiently Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing processes Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse client needs Prior experience in front desk operations is a plus * Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to excellence!
