Experience Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant supporting C\-suite executives or senior management teams Demonstrated expertise in office management duties including organizing events, managing calendars with Microsoft Outlook Calendar or Google Workspace, and overseeing administrative functions Strong background in bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and video conferencing software such as Zoom or Teams Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading and transcription tasks Experience coordinating business travel logistics and managing multi\-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, clerical procedures, and customer service standards Join us in this exciting role where your organizational prowess and proactive approach will directly impact our success!
