Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail\-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also handling essential office management duties that keep our workplace running seamlessly. Our Clinic offers non\-invasive therapies designed to help people reduce pain, improve wellness, and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Greeting patients and assisting them to and from treatment rooms Check patients in and out with professionalism and efficiency. Call patients from waitlist to fill open appointment spots Assist practitioners with basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, managing schedules and preparing treatment rooms Support administrative duties including billing, insurance verification and patient payment is correct Ensure clinic cleanliness and organization of common spaces Performing light housekeeping throughout the day Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment procedures and follow\-up care Accept and record patient payments Handle calls, voicemails, texts, and emails. Answer phone calls, return voicemails and communicate with practitioners and managers about any calls that concern them. Respond to requests for medical records Assist practitioners with other administrative tasks as needed. Helping create a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every client We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, compassionate, and professional Reliable and punctual Comfortable interacting with clients of all ages Organized and detail\-oriented Able to multitask in a fast\-paced environment Self\-motivated and able to work independently Physically able to be on their feet for much of the shift and move equipment or supplies when needed Comfortable using computers and learning new things Experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience with front desk operations, customer service, or medical/dental receptionist roles is highly desirable, but not necessary Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Korean Demonstrated professionalism in phone communication, client interaction, and handling confidential information. Benefits : \-Paid training \-Herbal formulas at a discount after 6 months of work. \-Discounted acupuncture visits after 6 months of work.
