- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will provide administrative and case management support to Workers' Compensation Judges by preparing case materials, scheduling hearings, and maintaining records. Work involves ensuring hearings and daily operations run smoothly and information is processed accurately. As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will perform the following duties:
* Hearing Scheduling: Coordinate hearing events and review claim information to ensure accuracy
* Case Preparation: Organize documents, case files, and courtroom materials for both in person and virtual hearings
* Document Review: Check submitted materials for errors, finalize event information, and update WCAIS records
* Evidence Processing: Handle subpoenas, mail physical evidence, and follow procedures for secure documentation
* Public Assistance: Respond to questions from the public, attorneys, and agencies in line with office policies
* Record Maintenance: Scan, index, and track documents, reports, and case files within the required systems

* Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part\-time, upon successful completion of the training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high\-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Uniontown. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
