- Complete pre\-installation walkthroughs

- Minimum 3 years of project leadership, project management, or comparable field\-operations experience in construction
- Residential exterior experience strongly preferred (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or similar)
- Must be capable of leading jobs in the field, making real\-time decisions, and owning the outcome from start to finish
- Strong communicator who can manage homeowners, crews, and internal handoffs with clarity and professionalism
- Highly organized with strong follow\-through, attention to detail, and CRM/documentation discipline
- Able to manage multiple active jobs at once without losing control of schedule, quality, or customer experience
- Comfortable addressing problems directly, holding people accountable, and escalating risk early
- Must be comfortable in the field, on job sites, and in fast\-moving environments where conditions change quickly
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Must be comfortable in a high\-accountability environment where performance, ownership, and standards matter

- This role requires travel to customer homes throughout New Jersey.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Project Leader, you own assigned projects from handoff through completion and final collection.
You are the primary point of contact for homeowners, crews, and internal teams, and you are responsible for delivering projects:
