Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide exceptional customer support at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Maintain effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist with diverse clientele.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
