### What You’ll Do
As a Revenue Operations Associate, you are the engine behind our financial accuracy.
* Commission \& Payroll: Execute full\-cycle commission calculations and payroll processing for our multi\-state service teams.
* Data Integrity: Audit daily revenue reports to ensure all service calls, parts, and labor are accounted for correctly.
* Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel functions to manage large datasets, track KPIs, and streamline reporting.
* Cross\-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Operations to resolve pay discrepancies.
### The Ideal Candidate
* Payroll Knowledge: You have a solid foundation in payroll principles and understand commission structures.
* The Math Whiz: You have a "detective" mindset and enjoy the challenge of complex calculations.
* The Tech Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel being your second language (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends).
* The Local Professional: You are comfortable working 100% in\-office at our Blacklick headquarters.
