Trademark Paralegal/ Legal Assistant (Client\-Facing \& Remote)
We’re looking for an experienced trademark paralegal or legal assistant who genuinely enjoys working with business owners and developing professional relationships with clients throughout the legal process.
This is a client\-facing role that supports trademark and contract matters from intake through execution. It’s an excellent fit for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and takes pride in being the person who keeps things moving while also delivering a high\-quality client experience.

- Support attorneys with administrative and substantive legal tasks
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and support
- Act as a gatekeeper for attorney time by triaging client and prospective client needs and directing matters appropriately
- Identify client needs, gaps, or opportunities for additional support and ensure they are properly addressed or escalated
- Manage lead intake, follow\-up, and tracking to provide a responsive and well\-coordinated experience for clients and prospective clients
- Proactively guide repeat and prospective clients through next steps, supporting a smooth and professional intake experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems
- Manage docketing, including tracking tasks, deadlines, and workflows across matters
- Gather information from clients and ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps and proactively flag or solve them
- Prior experience with trademark law and USPTO processes (required)
- Exercise sound judgment in client communication and know when to escalate matters
- Confident guiding client conversations and identifying opportunities to support clients and move matters forward
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The Role
This role is for an experienced trademark paralegal or legal assistant and blends substantive legal work with client\-facing communication.
You will be responsible for managing client communication, supporting discovery calls with prospective clients, handling administrative tasks such as data entry and light billing, and preparing trademark\-related work for attorney review and filing.
You will work closely with the attorney and team to ensure both client experience and legal workflows run smoothly.
This role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership, identifying gaps, and stepping in to solve problems without waiting to be told.
