Duties

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records
  • Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks and support basic office management functions such as supply ordering and inventory tracking
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email correspondence and live chat support
  • Support personal assistant tasks including travel arrangements, reminders, and task prioritization
  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure timely follow\-up on pending items or inquiries
  • Skills

  • Proficient in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record\-keeping
  • Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a remote setting
  • Demonstrated experience with office management, clerical duties, and administrative support
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients or team members
  • Exceptional typing speed combined with keen proofreading skills for error\-free documentation
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, multi\-line phone systems, and office equipment handling
