Duties include:
- Heavy call and email handling
- Booking security guard training classes and processing all student paperwork
- Making follow‑up calls as needed
- Receiving, organizing, and reconciling timesheets
- Light billing, primarily sending reminders
- Supporting business development and sales tasks
- Assisting with interviews and candidate screening when required
- Maintaining uniform inventory and ordering replacements as needed
- Keeping all offices neat, clean, and organized across our seven\-room facility
- You may also accompany the CEO to business meetings to take notes and provide timely reminders or recommendations.
- You will be assigned your own office
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours)
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours)
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours)
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours)
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hours)
Schedule:
You will also receive paid on‑call status for a total of 2 hours over the weekend, during which you may need to handle urgent remote tasks or take a call from the CEO.
