A Schedule Built for Real Life.
- Monday, Wednesday \& Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1\-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM (1\-hour lunch break)
- Saturday \& Sunday: Yours. Always.
- Welcoming patients like they're walking into a friend's home
- Answering phones and keeping the schedule running like clockwork
- Following up with new inquiries, missed appointments, and lapsed patients via calls and texts
- Guiding patients through their treatment plans and keeping them engaged and motivated
- Supporting patient retention — making sure people stick with their care and get real results
- Helping with billing and basic office administration

What You'll Actually Be Doing.
This role is about way more than answering phones. You are the heartbeat of the patient experience — from the moment someone calls to inquire all the way through their care journey. Your primary focus is making patients feel so welcomed, so cared for, and so connected to their results that they never want to leave.
