Responsibilities
- Assist in managing leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease signings to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Support property maintenance coordination by communicating with vendors, scheduling repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing resident inquiries, resolving conflicts professionally, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low\-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, contracts, and notices while adhering to landlord\-tenant law standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety standards, and overall property condition.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, phone etiquette, and managing correspondence related to leasing and resident services.
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is advantageous. This property uses App Folio
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management and negotiation effectively.
- Office experience including data entry, filing, contracts management, and phone etiquette is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
