We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and assist with check\-in procedures, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle calendar management for staff or practitioners
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record\-keeping using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and handling clerical duties including filing and photocopying
  • Assist with office management tasks like supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or over the phone
  • Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients or visitors
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience can be beneficial for success in this role
