Responsibilities

- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive calendars with precision.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries using strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading.
- Support bookkeeping activities and assist with basic office management tasks.
- Provide administrative support including photocopying, faxing, filing, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Assist with personal tasks or errands as needed to support executive team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions.
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems, data entry, and clerical duties.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse client needs.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is preferred.
- Demonstrated office management experience coupled with strong time management skills.
- Computer literacy combined with proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Previous personal assistant or executive support experience is preferred.
