How you'll make an impact in this role:
* Interpret complex pharmacy data to build actionable reports that empower our clinical teams to make informed, life\-saving decisions.
* Design the architecture and scope of analytical frameworks to ensure our leadership has a clear, accurate roadmap for operational success.
* Champion data integrity by performing rigorous quality checks, ensuring every insight we provide is a "single source of truth" for patient care.
* Partner with management to deliver rapid, ad\-hoc intelligence that solves immediate clinical challenges and optimizes pharmacy workflows.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board Preferred.
- Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Preferred.
- Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association Preferred.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
Education:
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
340b Program experience strongly preferred.
