Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hard working IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support,. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing computer systems, working on servers, networking issues, and assisting users with various IT\-related inquiries. Strong communication skills and a customer service\-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Work through support request tickets in help desk queue both remotely and on\-site at client's offices when required (typically 80\-90% of work in a week is done from our office by remoting into client's workstations).
- Provide technical support for desktop and mobile devices, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems across various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux (Probably 90% Windows, 9% Mac, and 1% Linux).
- Manage computer networks, including VPN configurations, Wi\-Fi, firewalls, and LAN setups.
- Utilize our RMM, Remote support, and Ticketing tools to keep track of time, what you did, and provide service on all support requests.
- Ability to drive on\-site to client's offices throughout Phoenix Metro area, and fix issues in\-person while being friendly and personable to client's and their employees.
- Conduct analysis of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Assist in the management of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Manage users and mailboxes in Office 365 and Google Workspace admin environments.
- Support users with Microsoft Office applications and other software tools.
- Support other industry specific software such as Autodesk, Bluebeam, Quickbooks, LexisNexis, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, and more. Be able to call these software vendors and work with their support to resolve issues for clients when needed.
- Learn to work with other critical tools such as Bitdefender Gravity Zone, SentinelOne, BlackPoint, Keeper Password Manager, IRONSCALES\< Webroot, CIPP, and more.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate and communicate constantly with other members of IT Ninjas team to provide the best and quickes support and problem resolution possible.
- Technical support and desktop support for various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Computer repair and management skills including hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, TCP, and firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools like NinjaRMM and ScreenConnect.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues effectively (including utilizing Google, AI, and support forums to find solutions to problems quickly).
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions to users and team members.
- Experience with mobile devices management is a plus.
- Experience with VOIP phones and 3CX is a plus.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to show up on time every day for work and to appointments with clients.
- Willing to sign Non\-Disclosure and Non\-Compete Agreements before beginning employment.
- Willing to submit to regular random drug testing.
- Able to work Monday \- Friday 8:00am \- 5:00pm
