What You’ll Do
* Individual Therapy – Deliver evidence‑based individual and couple therapy (CBT, mindfulness, trauma‑informed care) via our secure video platform.
* Comprehensive Telehealth Assessment \& Planning – Conduct thorough telehealth assessments, craft personalized treatment plans, and track outcomes with data‑driven dashboards.
* AI‑Enhanced Documentation – Use live‑transcription software that creates accurate SOAP notes, extracts tasks, and integrates them directly into our EMR.
* Secure EMR Management – Document sessions promptly and confidentially; receive full paid training/onboarding and continuous EMR training.
* Paid Clinical Supervision – Attend regular supervision sessions that count toward LISW licensure and contribute to peer‑review meetings.
* Team Collaboration – Participate in weekly multidisciplinary huddles, share case insights, and stay current through curated professional‑development resources.
What You Will Bring to The Table
- An active Ohio LSW license.
- PROVEN clinical therapy experience with individuals, couples, and/or adolescents. Demonstrated knowledge of evidence\-based approaches.
- Consistent weekly availability.
- Tech proficiency, with the ability to pick up new technologies easily.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable conducting video sessions.
- Reliable high‑speed internet, webcam, private workspace, and a typing speed of 60\+ wpm.
- A demonstrated patient‑focused mindset, consistently prioritizing what is best for each client.
- A PASSION for serving vulnerable, underserved, or underinsured populations.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with a team of diverse, experienced mental‑health clinicians, willingness to learn from senior clinicians, and contribute to case discussions.
- A positive, collaborative attitude, approaching each interaction without ego, and readily accept feedback to continuously learn and grow.
- Experience with immigrant/refugee or minority populations.
- Fluency in a second language.
- Prior telehealth experience.
- Prior EMR/EHR experience.
