We are approved course providers for multiple states. We offer courses for ticket dismissal, point reduction, insurance reduction, ans seller server certification training(website links below). Staff is expected to register each customer for the online or classroom courses for all inquiries via phone or chat. Our phone lines are daily from 8am\-Midnight. I generally have my employees on a set schedule but there will be times where shifts need to be covered or swapped with opportunities for overtime. I do require all employees to be available to cover Saturday shift if ever needed. You can request and interview via email on Indeed once you have submitted your application.

Possible Shifts options:

In Office

Monday\- Friday 8am\-4pm \& 10\-6pm

Remote Night Shift

Monday thru Friday night shifts

All Remote Weekend Shifts 4pm midnight

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed
  • Keep information confidential
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
  • Requirements

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • PC and Internet for at home remote shifts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi\-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
