We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Accurately input data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software platforms using fast and precise typing skills
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure quick retrieval of information
- Collect, verify, and update data from multiple sources to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Perform data transcription tasks from handwritten or audio records into digital formats with attention to detail
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, manage spreadsheets, and analyze data trends
- Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing and recordkeeping
- Support administrative functions such as filing documents, managing office supplies, and performing basic math calculations for data validation
- Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases and ERP systems
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy to handle high\-volume data input tasks efficiently
- Experience with data collection methods, filing systems, and basic math operations for data validation purposes
- Knowledge of office procedures such as transcription, order entry, and document management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior office or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience in the adult beverage industry
