The Opportunity: Become the "Right Hand"
Heather Road Investments, LLC is a rapidly growing ATM and private investment firm. As the Owner pivots focus toward the launch of Total Armored Group (TAG)—our new Cash\-in\-Transit armored vehicle service—we are seeking a powerhouse Business Development \& Operations Manager to take the reins of our ATM division.
This isn't a "maintenance" job. This is a "Building" job. You will be the architect of our systems and the hunter for our growth.
Core Responsibilities
* Systems Architecture (Inside): Serve as the "Super\-User" for HubSpot (CRM) and Limble (CMMS). You will be responsible for full data entry, asset mapping, and workflow automation to turn our tools into a data\-driven engine.
* Strategic Business Development (Outside): Blanket the Greater Seattle/Tacoma region to secure high\-profit ATM placements. We prioritize Gross Profit per Location over simple unit count.
* Institutional Targets: Assist the Owner in courting "Whale" accounts (e.g., Seattle Convention Center, stadiums) and securing FI co\-branding sponsorships for existing locations.
* P\&L \& Efficiency Management: Audit cost centers to identify "leaks" in the operation. You will manage the P\&L to find efficiencies in route density, maintenance, and SaaS ROI.
* Global Team Management: Oversee and project\-manage a Virtual Assistant (VA) in the Philippines for marketing campaigns and our upcoming website launch.
* Operational Backup: Perform light technical field work or site surveys as needed to support the field team and ensure 100% uptime for high\-value accounts.
Candidate Profile
* Experience Over Degrees: We care about your track record. You must have 3–5\+ years in a technical or financial operations role.
* The "Hybrid" Skillset: You are comfortable pivot\-shifting between a high\-level P\&L meeting and a "boots on the ground" sales call in Tacoma.
* Software Proficiency: You have successfully implemented or maximized enterprise\-level CRMs or inventory management systems in the past.
* Local Expertise: You know the Seattle/Tacoma corridor and can identify high\-traffic opportunities before the national competitors do.
The Path to Leadership
We are an expanding portfolio. This role is designed to grow as we do:
* Year 1: Stabilize and optimize the ATM business units and hit GP\-based KPIs.
* Year 2\+: As the portfolio expands with TAG and other ventures, this role has a direct path toward executive leadership (Director of Operations or COO).
Pay: $36\.00 \- $48\.00 per hour
