What This Role Really Is. You are the operational backbone behind a high\-producing, fast\-moving business. You will help manage the details, communication, and execution that allow the business to perform at its best— especially around listings, clients, and daily operations. This role requires precision, speed, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing \& Transaction Execution
- Onboard multiple listings each week with speed and accuracy
- Complete and manage all listing documentation
- Enter listings into the MLS with precision
- Track timelines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and responsive manner
- Help deliver a high\-touch, seamless experience from start to finish
- Review and select listing photos
- Assist with virtual staging decisions
- Maintain a strong eye for detail, design, and presentation
- Monitor and help manage daily email flow
- Coordinate scheduling and travel
- Anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead
- Help the CEO stay focused on top priorities
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented

- Up to 2 days/week remote, based on performance and role demands
- Remote work requires a quiet, professional environment suitable for phone communication

- $50,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
