Seeking an office assistant with strong organization, communication, time management \& multi\-tasking skills. This role will be primarily responsible for data entry, scanning, filing, inventory tracking, and maintaining our record of purchase orders. It will also include running errands, and expediting resources from the main office to various locations within Juneau, Alaska.
This is a very unique position with a very unique company. We operate multiple seasonal remote camps that offer dogsled tours. Your role is a part of supporting all of those camps from our main office. There is opportunity for advancement within the company for the right person.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as closely collaborate with others.
- Must be proficient in Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
- Must be a strong team player who is comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Must be flexible and able to change priorities quickly as the need arises.
- Must have good social skills, and enjoy building positive and professional relationships with staff, vendors, and the various individuals \& companies we hold contracts with.

This position requires relocation to Juneau, AK from mid April through September. We provide housing, a food stipend, and a company vehicle for work use. All applicants must be able to pass a background check, as well as drug screening. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and be able to obtain a DOT health Certificate.
