We are looking for a motivated, VA\-licensed LPC to join our collaborative team in the heart of Charlottesville. We handle the logistics, billing, and referrals so you can focus entirely on what you do best: changing lives.

What We’re Looking For:
* Licensure: Must be a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
* Clinical Excellence: A commitment to inclusive, evidence\-based practice. We highly value specialties in Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, or Couples work.
* Connection: A heart for the therapeutic relationship and a desire to grow within a local, community\-focused private practice.

Compensation
Pay is commensurate with experience and varies based on employment status (FT vs. PT) and clinical volume.
