Client Care \& Engagement Specialist (Intake) – Hybrid \| Denver
At the Individual and Relationship Therapy Center (IRTC), this is not a typical intake role—this is a client conversion and engagement role.
You are the first impression and deciding factor for potential clients who are often considering multiple practices. Your ability to connect, communicate our value, and guide clients toward choosing IRTC is essential to our growth.
What You’ll Do
- Answer calls and emails with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Build quick rapport and understand client needs
- Clearly communicate why IRTC is the right fit
- Convert inquiries into scheduled clients
- Match clients with therapists and manage scheduling
- Track all activity in our EHR system
- Collaborate with clinicians to optimize schedules
- Support light admin and office tasks
- You naturally think with a marketing and engagement mindset
- You’re persuasive, but genuine—people trust you quickly
- You enjoy helping people make decisions (not just giving information)
- You’re team\-oriented and motivated by contributing to growth
- You’re organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented
- You've worked in a service\-related role before (server, customer service)
- Experience in mental health, wellness, or similar field
- Strong communication skills (phone \+ email)
- Tech\-savvy and quick to learn systems
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (psychology or related preferred)
- 25–30 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
