Position Description

The Finance and Office Manager handles the daily company financials and virtual office administration. This role adheres to and promotes 25th Hour Communications, Inc.’s values by performing respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of 25th Hour Communications, Inc.’s goals.

Essential Functions

The Finance and Office Manager performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as:

  • Provide full charge accounting and bookkeeping, and company operations service
  • Perform all processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, reconciliations and closing the books monthly as well as preparing financial reporting and analysis
  • Work with company tax accountant on an as\-needed basis
  • Support with payroll, HR administration and special projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with your manager and other associates on our team to ensure all client inquiries are responded to through timely and effective communication
  • Oversee and support administrative duties of the company and ensure that the virtual office is operating smoothly
  • Help identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Assist in development of office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Manage state business license requirements and compliance
  • Provide other operations support as necessary
  • Work with company insurance agents to meet needs of our clients
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
  • Track time with time\-clock software (Tsheets)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Skills

  • A minimum of an Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Four years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed level bookkeeping support \- accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books on a monthly basis and preparing financial reporting and analysis for two small businesses.
  • Understanding and experience working with an advertising/media buying agency
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite
  • Capacity and commitment to work 40 hours per week during traditional daytime business hours within your time zone
  • Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, and integrity
  • Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with financial data
  • A dedicated office space that has a reliable, high\-speed internet connection
  • Pay: $65,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year
