Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Real Estate Closing Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will facilitate smooth real estate transactions by preparing, reviewing, and managing closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and supporting attorneys throughout the closing process. We pride ourselves on having excellent work\-life balance for our team, and encourage our team to understand that work is simply a component of life, not the entirety of it. Our regular work scheduled hours are Tuesdays\-Fridays, 7:30am\-4:30pm, to allow our team to have a more productive day while in office, while also allowing consistent schedule freedom on Mondays to allow for important personal life matters to be done without the need for using paid time off.

  • Draft legal correspondence, contracts, affidavits, and other documents with clarity and professionalism

  • Effective interviewing skills for gathering information from clients or stakeholders when needed
  • Ability to support project management tasks within a law office setting while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and clerical experience
