We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff and providers
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks
- Support office management activities including bookkeeping and record keeping
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and assisting with client needs
- Maintain organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked
- Assist with administrative support tasks such as typing correspondence and managing emails
- Ensure phone etiquette standards are upheld at all times
- 2 years experienced required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently
- Bilingual communication skills preferred to serve diverse clients effectively
- Office management or administrative experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or medical/dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills for documents and correspondence
- Strong customer service orientation with supportive communication style
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
