Duties

  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and transfer calls efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and organizing files
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously
  • Assist with clerical duties such as typing reports, managing emails, and supporting administrative projects
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area to promote a professional environment
  • Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced setting
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs
  • Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative support roles
  • Knowledge of front desk procedures, phone etiquette, and multi\-line phone systems
  • Experience with clerical tasks including data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management
  • Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day
  • Personal assistant experience or office experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism
