Overview
We are a property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents. We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and detail\-oriented administrative assistant with some marketing experience to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Operate multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Provide customer support through effective communication and problem\-solving.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with updating social media accounts.
- Support in creating or editing marketing materials such as flyers and email newsletters.
- Help manage contact lists and email marketing campaigns.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi\-line phone systems is preferred.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Some experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus.
