Overview

We are a property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents. We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and detail\-oriented administrative assistant with some marketing experience to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
  • Operate multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
  • Provide customer support through effective communication and problem\-solving.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assist with updating social media accounts.
  • Support in creating or editing marketing materials such as flyers and email newsletters.
  • Help manage contact lists and email marketing campaigns.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and multi\-line phone systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Some experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus.

    Pay: From $23\.00 per hour
