Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage calendars using Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments.
  • Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic data entry to support financial recordkeeping.
  • Oversee office management duties such as filing systems, front desk operations, supply inventory management, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Support executive team with personal assistance needs when required, including confidential tasks and personal scheduling.
  • Utilize Office experience tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace for document creation and data management.
  • Manage restaurant software such as Toast, Imenu Pro and the Wedding Wire
  • Use DocuSign for electronic signatures on contracts and important documents to streamline approval processes.

Pay: $17\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pittsburgh, PA 15222
