We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Office Assistant \& SEO Growth Coordinatorto join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette. Scripts given for both companies.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining organized records using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Handle clerical responsibilities including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support SEO growth efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring analytics to improve search engine rankings
  • Coordinate content updates and ensure consistency across digital platforms while collaborating with marketing teams on SEO campaigns
  • Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and basic computer literacy
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and handling multi\-line phone systems
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist (dental or medical receptionist experience is advantageous)
  • Strong internet research skills for SEO initiatives; knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools is beneficial
  • Personal assistant experience or office experience involving calendar management is desirable
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

    Pay: $16\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour
