About AquaDise Furnishings
AquaDise Furnishings is a South Florida\-based commercial outdoor furniture company serving the hospitality and multifamily markets — resorts, hotels, country clubs, and luxury apartment communities. We supply chaise lounges, umbrellas, cabanas, cushions, and branded F\&B amenities to some of the most recognized properties in the region, including Marriott and Ritz\-Carlton properties.
We hold ourselves to the same standard as the properties we serve. We are in a strong growth phase and looking for a sharp, self\-directed coordinator to support our president and keep the business moving fast.
The Role
You will be the operational backbone of our sales and marketing operations — handling the day\-to\-day coordination that keeps proposals moving, manufacturing partners accountable, and marketing initiatives on track. The president closes deals and manages client relationships. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks between first contact and signed order.
This role is remote\-friendly with occasional support for local South Florida trade and association events. As AquaDise grows, so does this role — there is real upside here for the right person, including performance\-based bonus and commission tied to business growth.
What You Won't Be Doing
This is not a data entry job or a phone\-answering role. You'll be a real partner to the business — thinking ahead, solving problems, and making the president more effective at what he does best. This role will touch every part of the revenue engine.

- Route approvals and feedback between Troy and our marketing agency Track deliverables, deadlines, and open items Ensure nothing sits waiting for a response longer than 24 hours Attend or take notes on monthly marketing review calls
- Support the president in onboarding and launching new product lines Coordinate with manufacturing partners on specs, pricing, and availability for new additions Maintain organized product information for use in proposals and marketing materials Support the research and rollout process as new categories are introduced
- Support the president in developing and executing marketing plans, calendars, and campaign briefs Coordinate with our marketing agency to move initiatives from concept to execution Track campaign performance and flag items needing attention or follow\-up Ensure marketing workflows stay on schedule and nothing stalls waiting for a next step
- Coordinate logistics for local South Florida events (SEFAA, hospitality industry events) Manage registration, materials, and follow\-up tasks Occasionally attend events in a support capacity
