Position Overview

Three Creeks Luxury Spa, LLC is seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Spa Director in the daily operation and growth of a luxury spa environment. This role begins as a part\-time position with strong potential to transition into full\-time as the business expands.

The Administrative Assistant will serve as a direct partner to the Spa Director, assisting in administrative operations, coordination, and execution of key initiatives. This role is critical to maintaining organization, efficiency, and forward momentum across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Spa Director
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and internal coordination
  • Maintain organized records, files, and business documentation
  • Support day\-to\-day operational needs of the spa
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents as needed
  • Assist with financial tracking, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, partners, and internal staff
  • Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and HR\-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with marketing coordination, event planning, and promotional efforts
  • Execute special projects as assigned, which may vary based on business needs and growth initiatives
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership
  • Required Skills

  • Solid computer proficiency is essential
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Bookkeeping or basic accounting experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role
  • Experience in a spa, hospitality, or service\-based business environment
  • Compensation \& Schedule

  • Pay rate: $15/hour
  • Part\-time position with opportunity for growth into full\-time
  • If the role transitions to full\-time, it will include a full benefits package
  • Work Environment

    This position operates within a luxury spa setting and requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and adaptability. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

    Pay: $15\.00 per hour
