PRO VRO LLC is seeking an energetic and highly organized Personal Assistant to assist our CEO with his day to day tasks. Duties
- Manage and maintain calendars using Google Calendar to ensure optimal scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail and timely execution.
- Handle correspondence via phone, email, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative files.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record\-keeping.
- Assist with office management duties including supply procurement, front desk responsibilities, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Prepare reports, transcriptions, and presentations by utilizing Microsoft Office tools with high accuracy.
- Facilitate project coordination by tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Use office systems such as multi\-line phone systems and DocuSign for signing documents electronically efficiently.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing confidential information discreetly and efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills combined with excellent proofreading and transcription abilities.
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Exceptional calendar management skills using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette across multi\-line phone systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment.
- Office management experience including filing systems, front desk duties, customer service, and clerical support.
- Knowledge of office equipment including printers, scanners, phones, and office supplies inventory management.
