Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and ensure smooth administrative flow throughout the office. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will contribute to creating a professional and friendly environment. Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer multi\-line phone systems promptly and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives
  • Handle data entry tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
  • Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
  • Clerical experience in an office environment or as a medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy for efficient record keeping
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates strong time management skills

    Pay: $12\.50 \- $15\.00 per hour
