Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi\-line phone systems promptly and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives
- Handle data entry tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records
- Operate office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
- Clerical experience in an office environment or as a medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy for efficient record keeping
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing, proofreading, and calendar management
