- Assist attorneys with administrative matters such as scheduling, file management, client communication, obtaining and sorting medical records, drafting of legal documents, and assistance with insurance claims.
- Accurately edit, finalize and transmit correspondence, and related legal documents.
- Manage case files for personal injury and criminal defense matters, to include discovery and evidence.
- Assist lawyer with reviewing evidence and proofreading draft to ensure accuracy.
- Extensive client communication including assisting with the screening of potential new clients, while coordinating court appearances and meetings.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all documentation is properly filed, indexed, and easily accessible.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and performing data entry tasks efficiently.
