We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and support various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Answer multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using digital tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with precision to maintain organized records
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and offering assistance with a friendly demeanor
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly for optimal productivity
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist within a professional environment
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in dental or medical reception is a plus; familiarity with healthcare or dental office procedures is advantageous
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and basic office management tools is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience will be considered an asset
