FRONT MAR (Medical Account Relations)\- GALLLERIA

Job Summary

The Front MAR works closely with the Occupational Medicine team, including Medical Assistants, X\-ray Techs, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Physicians, Administrators, and Marketing staff. The Front MAR is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to both patients and clients and functions as the clinic receptionist.

Our patient population includes employers and employees presenting for occupational medical services at Occucare International. Services include injury care and management, pre\-employment services and testing, and administrative coordination of other occupational health processes and dynamics.

The ideal candidate is bilingual / bicultural, is computer\-savvy, detail\-oriented, organized, and reliable. This person should be a self\-starter who requires minimal oversight and consistently provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

As the first and last point of contact, the Front MAR ensures patients feel comfortable throughout their visit, facilitates completion of each and every encounter, schedules follow\-up appointments, and ensures records are properly release to clients and employers through Occucare International’s secure portal.

This role requires strong multitasking skills such as greeting patients while managing various administrative duties.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· At least 1 year of customer service experience in a medical office setting

· Intermediate computer skills, including word processing and data entry

· Familiarity with clerical tasks such as faxing, printing, and emailing

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Professional phone etiquette

· Fluent in English/Spanish REQUIRED

Additional Skills:

· Microsoft Office, SharePoint competency, and email proficiency

· MA certification preferred but not required. Willingness to learn MA skills is expected

This is a full\-time position with benefits included.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: Up to $18\.00 per hour
